Director: Anne B. Edwards, Ph.D.
The Gerontology Center serves undergraduate students, faculty throughout the university, and members of the community. The Center provides information and opportunities for students who wish to work with the elderly population through specialized programs in the Behavioral Sciences Research Center and the Center for Experiential Learning.
The Center serves as a resource for faculty interested in aging issues by informing faculty about grant opportunities and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration on research projects. Finally, the Center will support the community through a support group for caregivers of the elderly, and conferences open to service providers and caregivers.
