Our centers are secure locations for exams. Please adhere to the following general policies when testing at our locations:
General testing policies
- Identification is required for any test. Valid identification includes current college/university ID, drivers’ license or passport. Identification must have a photo. Photocopies of documents will not be accepted as valid identification.
- You must sign in upon arrival.
- No cell phones or other electronic devices are allowed at any time during testing. Our centers have storage areas for your belongings. Electronic devices must be turned off and stored for the duration of testing – no exceptions.
- Watches must be removed prior to testing.
- Centers are equipped with video surveillance for safety and security during testing.
- Unless otherwise specified, no papers, books, beverage bottles, food or other articles are allowed during testing.
- Arrive on time for your scheduled exam.
- Testing scheduled outside of our business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. must be scheduled in advance to ensure staffing.

Makeup Testing
- Makeup testing for Purdue Northwest students must be approved in advance by an instructor.
- Plan in advance for this approval. Schedule a date and time to test that allows enough time for us to receive the exam from the instructor.
Proctored Testing
- Complete the Request a Test Proctor form well in advance of your exams. Complete all areas of the form accurately to ensure that we have the information needed to contact your institution and/or instructor to secure the exam.
- Fee for proctored exams is $25.00. This fee must be paid prior to testing.
- Please contact the center directly if you will have multiple exams throughout one semester as we may be able to be flexible regarding proctored test fees.
- Testing scheduled outside of our business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. must be scheduled in advance to ensure staffing.
